  I've been shopping at this Sephora for 10 years because it is so close to my home. It's usually a disappointing experience. The staff is just so lost, not helpful, rude, they have a bad attitude, not very friendly and the few times I've had to exchange or return something I get dirty looks. It's like this Sephora hired the worst people. I think 10% of the people I've dealt with there have been helpful and nice. The other 90% were terrible. They act like all they are there for is to wear make up and walk around. When I ask for assistance it's bad attitude time.
