  Please do not believe the other reviews on this jewelry shop. I had 4 batteries replaced at this "fine" store. The next time I put the watch on I noticed that there were pieces of debris behind the crystal on the watch face. I promptly took the watch back to have it cleaned out/repaired/etc. When I showed the watch to Constantine I didnt even get to finish my statement before he accused me of breaking the watch. He instantly pointed out an extremely small scratch and said that I hit the watch against something and that is why there was debris behind the crystal. They might be good with engagement rings and jewelry but dont let him touch your watch. Any store that accuses a customer before even hearing what they have to say has no customer service at all. There are a lot of reviews that are positive and I have no doubt that many have had a great experience. My experience was aweful and I would not recommend them to anyone. I had been a good customer of theirs but will never go there again and will tell everyone I can not to visit this store. I hope they go out of business!!!
